1.1 User

Any individual, group, or organization that accesses our services, makes a booking, or participates in any activity.

1.2 Booking

A confirmed reservation made upon receipt of advance or full payment for any service offered by the Company.

1.3 Supplier / Vendor

Third-party service providers such as hotels, rafting operators, transport providers, trekking guides, or visa agencies.

• For packages: They operate under Company coordination
• For standalone activities: They may operate independently

1.4 Services

Includes but is not limited to:

• Tour packages (domestic & international)
• Adventure activities (rafting, bungee, trekking)
• Hotel bookings
• Transport & transfers
• Visa assistance

1.5 Quotation / Itinerary

A formal document containing:

• Day-wise plan
• Inclusions & exclusions
• Pricing
• Payment terms
• Cancellation policy

Once payment is made, it becomes legally binding.

1.6 Force Majeure

Events beyond control such as:

• Natural disasters
• Heavy rainfall / floods
• Landslides in Himalayan regions
• Government restrictions
• Pandemics or strikes

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Part A – Adventure & Activity Bookings

Includes:

• River rafting on Ganga River
• Bungee jumping
• Trekking & hiking
• Camping & outdoor stays

These are high-risk, weather-dependent services.

Part B – Tour Packages

Includes:

• Accommodation
• Transport
• Activities
• Itinerary planning

The Company acts as a tour operator and coordinator.

3. LEGAL ELIGIBILITY & CONTRACT

• Users must be 18+ years to make bookings
• Booking for others = full responsibility accepted

Binding Agreement:

• Activity bookings → Voucher + T&C
• Tour packages → Paid quotation = final contract

No verbal commitments shall be considered valid.

4. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPANY

4.1 As Facilitator (Activities)

• Connects users with verified vendors
• Ensures safety standards are followed
• Not responsible for vendor-controlled operations

4.2 As Tour Operator (Packages)

Responsible for:

• Itinerary planning
• Vendor selection
• Coordination & execution
• Customer support

However, the Company does not own hotels, airlines, or transport vehicles.

5. ADVENTURE ACTIVITY TERMS (VERY IMPORTANT)

5.1 Risk & Liability Acknowledgment

Adventure activities including rafting, trekking, and bungee involve inherent risks such as:

• Slipping, drowning, falling
• Equipment failure (rare but possible)
• Weather hazards

By participating, you:

• Accept all risks voluntarily
• Confirm medical fitness
• Agree that Allgotrip Hospitality Pvt. Ltd is not liable for accidents beyond reasonable operational control

5.2 Safety & Government Compliance

All activities are conducted as per:

• Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board
• Local administration of Rishikesh

Mandatory requirements:

• Wearing safety gear
• Following guide instructions
• Signing consent forms

Non-compliance → Immediate cancellation without refund

5.3 RAFTING TERMS (DETAILED)

• Conducted only under safe river conditions
• Routes (9 km / 16 km / 24 km / expedition) depend on water level
• Trips may be delayed/cancelled due to weather

Restrictions:

• No alcohol/drugs
• Not suitable for pregnant women
• Medical conditions must be disclosed

5.4 BUNGEE JUMPING TERMS

• Conducted by certified operators
• Weight limit approx. 40–110 kg

Not allowed for:

• Heart patients
• High BP
• Spine injuries
• Pregnancy

No refund if disqualified at site.

5.5 TREKKING TERMS

• Weather unpredictable in Himalayan regions
• Routes may change for safety

Participants must:

• Be physically fit
• Carry proper gear

Risks include:

• Altitude sickness
• Fatigue
• Weather delays

5.6 CAMPING TERMS

• Camps follow eco-tourism rules
• Facilities may be basic (especially remote areas)
• Guests must maintain discipline and cleanliness

5.7 WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE (CRITICAL)

Operations may be impacted due to:

• Heavy rain
• River overflow
• Landslides
• Government bans

In such cases:

• Alternative activity/date offered
• Refunds depend on vendor terms

5.8 PERSONAL BELONGINGS

• Avoid carrying valuables

5.9 INSURANCE

6. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS (DETAILED)

• Advance payment required to confirm booking
• Balance must be paid before service start

7. FLIGHT POLICY

• Company not liable for delays/cancellations

8. HOTEL POLICY

9. VISA POLICY

• Approval depends on embassy

10. TRANSPORT POLICY

11. CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

No-show = No refund

17. GOVERNING LAW

• TCS issued quarterly
• GST invoices on request

19. POLICY UPDATES

Company may update terms anytime. Continued usage = acceptance.

By booking any service including rafting, trekking, or bungee jumping, you confirm:
