Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

  • Day : 1 Delhi To Devprayag 7 hr (330 km)

    Our driver will pick you up from Delhi at the scheduled reporting time. You will then proceed to Devprayag. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel. After some rest, visit the famous Sangam (confluence of the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers), where the sacred Ganga River begins. Witness the Ganga Aarti, and visit the Raghunath Ji Temple and the local market. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Day : 2 Devprayag to Sirsi helipad 5 hr (126 km)

    After breakfast, proceed towards the Sirsi helipad. From there, take a helicopter ride to Kedarnath (on your own). Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. Take some rest and freshen up. In the evening, attend the Kedarnath Aarti at 6 PM. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Kedarnath.

  • Day : 3 Sirsi To Badrinath 7 hr (213 km)

    Wake up early in the morning and attend the Maha Abhishek at the Kedarnath Temple. After the darshan, return to the Sirsi helipad by helicopter (on your own) and proceed to Badrinath. En route, have lunch. If time permits, visit the Narsingh Temple in Joshimath. Upon arrival in Badrinath, check in at the hotel, freshen up, and then proceed for darshan at the Badrinath Temple. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Badrinath.

  • Day : 4 Badrinath To Devprayag 9Hr (215 km)

    Wake up early in the morning and take a holy bath in Tapt Kund. Then attend the Badrinath Temple Aarti at 4:00 AM. After the darshan, have breakfast and proceed to Devprayag. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Devprayag.

  • Day : 5 Devprayag To Delhi 7 hr (331 km)

    On this last day of the tour, you will be dropped off at Delhi as per the scheduled timing. Tour Ends.

  • Any increase in airline taxes or fuel prices at the time of departure, resulting in higher costs for surface transportation and land arrangements (if air tickets are included).
  • Any type of insurance not included in the package.
  • Extra parking or toll charges not specified in the itinerary.

Important Note

  • Rates are not valid for peak seasons such as New Year, festivals, fairs, etc.
  • Rates are based on hotel availability at the time of making reservations. If the mentioned hotels are unavailable, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
  • Rates are subject to change during fairs, festivals, major conferences, or events at the travel destination.
  • Early check-in/late check-out is subject to room availability.
  • Cancellation charges will be as per the hotel/service provider's policy.
  • The confirmed vehicle will follow the itinerary and will not be at disposal. Air conditioning will operate only on plain roads and will be turned off during hill drives.

  • Any missed sightseeing due to natural calamities or weather conditions is non-refundable.
  • All entrance fees will be payable directly as per the itinerary.

  • Any government permits (such as Yatra registration) will be handled by the guest, with guidance from our team.
  • Discuss your daily itinerary with the driver. The company is not responsible for any cancellations resulting from time management issues.

Company Rules

  • The name of the hotel will be provided after a 25% booking payment is made.
  • The remaining payment must be deposited fifteen days before the tour.
  • If you cancel the booking, 30% will be deducted from the payment.
  • The hotel may be changed due to unavailability.
  • We are not responsible for helicopter tickets to Kedarnath or any other destinations.
  • Helicopter services are available after registration, as per Uttarakhand government instructions.

Payment Policy

  • A deposit of 30% of the package cost is required at the time of booking.
  • 50% of the package cost must be paid 30 days prior to the departure date.
  • 100% of the package cost is due 15 days prior to the departure date.

Cancellation Policy

  • 30% of the full tour cost – non-refundable.
  • 50% of the full tour cost – 15 days prior to arrival.
  • 75% of the full tour cost – between 14 to 7 days prior to the tour.
  • 100% of the full tour cost – within 7 days prior to the tour.
