Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

  • Day : 1 Goa (Arrival)

    Our driver will pick you up from Dobolim Airport at reporting time and then you will proceed to hotel. After resting for a while, Visit local market and nearby beaches. Overnight stay at hotel.

  • Day : 2 Goa

    After breakfast, get yourself prepared for city visit. Your Goa travel will start with examining the magnificent spots of North Goa. In the first place, visit the Old City, which filled in as the Portuguese capital from the sixteenth to the eighteenth hundred years. Head towards much-adored Basilica of Bom Jesus, exuberating the best occurrences of Baroque-style plan. Then visit Archaeological Museum, museum Solar Souto Maior. Finally, drive back to Goa's capital Panaji and retain the authentic essence of Goa in its outskirts designing. Return back to your hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

  • Day : 3 Goa

    After breakfast, drive to south goa. Visit examining Margao, the social and business capital. visit the sublime Colva Beach, Shanta Durga Temple, Mangeshi Temple, Largo de Igreja, and other outstanding spots. After resting for a while, head towards Ancestral Goa, a remarkable display arranged at Loutolim and Menezes Braganza house. The house is arranged in the town of Chandor and has two wings with 24 windows, the East and the West Wing. Overnight stay at hotel.

  • Day : 4 Goa (Departure)

    On this last day of the tour you will be dropped to the Dabolim Airport as per the scheduled timing. Tour Ends.

Exculsions

  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips and gratuities, mineral water, soft and hard drinks, and porter services.

  • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicles beyond the itinerary.
  • Entrance fees and guide charges.
  • Costs arising from natural calamities (e.g., landslides, road blockages), political disturbances (e.g., strikes), or other unforeseen events, are to be borne by the client and paid directly on the spot.
  • Any increase in airline taxes or fuel prices at the time of departure, resulting in higher costs for surface transportation and land arrangements (if air tickets are included).
  • Any type of insurance not included in the package.
  • Extra parking or toll charges are not specified in the itinerary.

Important Note

  • Rates are not valid for peak seasons such as New Year, festivals, fairs, etc.
  • Rates are based on hotel availability at the time of making reservations. If the mentioned hotels are unavailable, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
  • Rates are subject to change during fairs, festivals, major conferences, or events at the travel destination.
  • Early check-in/late check-out is subject to room availability.
  • Cancellation charges will be as per the hotel/service provider's policy.
  • The confirmed vehicle will follow the itinerary and will not be at its disposal. Air conditioning will operate only on plain roads and will be turned off during hill drives.
  • All mentioned sightseeing is subject to weather, political, and traffic conditions at the destination (if a guide is included).
  • Any missed sightseeing due to natural calamities or weather conditions is non-refundable.
  • All entrance fees will be payable directly as per the itinerary.
  • Night travel is not advisable; if necessary, additional charges may apply.
  • Any government permits (such as Yatra registration) will be handled by the guest, with guidance from our team.
  • Discuss your daily itinerary with the driver. The company is not responsible for any cancellations resulting from time management issues.

Company Rules

  • The name of the hotel will be provided after a 25% booking payment is made.
  • The remaining payment must be deposited fifteen days before the tour.
  • If you cancel the booking, 30% will be deducted from the payment.
  • The hotel may be changed due to unavailability.
  • We are not responsible for helicopter tickets to Kedarnath or any other destinations.
  • Helicopter services are available after registration, as per Uttarakhand government instructions.

Payment Policy

  • A deposit of 30% of the package cost is required at the time of booking.
  • 50% of the package cost must be paid 30 days prior to the departure date.
  • 100% of the package cost is due 15 days prior to the departure date.

Cancellation Policy

  • 30% of the full tour cost – non-refundable.
  • 50% of the full tour cost – 15 days before arrival.
  • 75% of the full tour cost – between 14 to 7 days before the tour.
  • 100% of the full tour cost – within 7 days before the tour.
