  • To book online, you need to make payment specified under each category i.e Flights, Hotels (Fixed Amount) and for Holiday Packages in “Book Online” section as per the minimum booking amount of a particular package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
  • As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
  • You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • You will be kept informed at every step of the process like:
    • When your visa is successfully done.
    • Your hotel rooms are booked.
    • Your Flights are confirmed.
    • Any other inclusion in the package.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will deliver the package to your door steps.
Visa, Master and American Express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

Same booking process will be followed but payment will be made as per below:

Mode of Payment

  • You can visit our office and make the payment in Cash/ Cheque/ or via Credit/Debit card swipe.
  • You can also deposit the payment in any of the below mentioned bank accounts via Cash/Cheque/NEFT/RTGS: -
  • All DD/Cheque should be issued in favour of “Allgotrip Hospitality Pvt Ltd” Payable at Indirapuram Ghaziabad.
  • You must send us the receipt / screen shot of payment deposit through email on allgotrip@gmail.com and sales person’s id.

  • Similar * means the hotels with per night room tariff differential in the range of ten-fifteen dollars.
  • Package cost includes (ground handling charges) dollar segment, which will be taken out of your BTQ (Basic Travel Quota)
  • Normal hotel check in time for International Hotels is 1400-1600 hours and check out time is 1000-1200 hours while for Domestic Hotels 1200 hours and check out time is 1200 hours
  • Package cost is subject to change until full confirmation for package tour.
  • Rooms are subject to availability.
  • Selection of seats in Airline is subject to availability and is at sole discretion of the airlines.
  • All transfers tours based on Seat-In-Coach (SIC) basis (Shared Basis).
  • Date and timing of tours programmed can be changed by local agent.
  • As of now we are not holding any service, it is subject to availability. Booking process will start only after receiving booking amount.
  • Room type (double or twin is subject to availability and is at sole discretion of the hotel)
  • Above tour prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially during peak season/holiday surcharge and major events/fairs and convention.
  • If Tour is in group then one may have to wait intermittently for transfers especially for pick-up and dropping as transfers services are used for other group tourists too.
  • The time schedule fixed by the local tour operator should be strictly adhered to. For any inconvenience, loss or consequence suffered due to tourist’s failure to keep the local tour operators timings, the tourist alone would be responsible. Please also note that unlike in the case of individual tailor made tour packages; you might have to adjust timings for the sake of general member of your tour group. Hotels mentioned now are only proposed at the moment. The hotel named in the service voucher shall be final.
  • Scheduling & re-scheduling may be done on circumstance prevailing at the time tour operations in best interest of tour group at the discretion group coordinator (Destination Management Company).
  • This intimation supersede all previous offers by Allgotrip Hospitality Pvt Ltd and any verbal communication or offer made earlier by any of our representatives.
  • The aforementioned description is just for informative purpose. Final package tour components shall be mentioned on the voucher at the time of finalizing the tour package. The travel tour components mentioned here are subject to change at last minute variation that may occur due to factors beyond control of the Allgotrip Hospitality Pvt Ltd
  • I have gone through the contents of above informative brochure & above mentioned terms & conditions and I accept package which fits into my budget and requirement.

    Cancellation policy applicable for booking done as guarantee booking

    This is to inform you, prior to confirm your booking which need guarantee booking that our normal cancellation policy mentioned immediately hereunder will not be applicable for your booking.

    Cancellation charges per person will be applicable as following:

    • Flights:
      • For international flight bookings, a standard fee of Rs 1000 per person would be charged, over and above the airline's own cancellation charge.
      • For rescheduling of domestic flights, Allgotrip Hospitality Pvt Ltd will charge Rs. 300 per person per sector as standard rescheduling charges, over and above the airline's own cancellation charge.
      • For no-show on domestic flights, Allgotrip Hospitality Pvt Ltd will charge Rs. 300 per person per sector as standard no-show charges, over and above the airline's own cancellation charge.
      • For all offline cancellation of domestic flights a standard charge of Rs. 500 per person per sector, over and above the airline's own cancellation charge will apply.

    • Hotels:
      • Hotel Bookings can be cancelled for free before 24 hours from the date of Check in.
      • For same day cancellation of domestic Hotels, Allgotrip Hospitality Pvt Ltd will charge 50% of booking amount per room as standard cancellation charges, over and above the Hotels own cancellation charge.
      • For no-show on domestic Hotels, Allgotrip Hospitality Pvt Ltd will charge Rs. 100% of booking amount per room as standard cancellation charges, over and above the Hotels own cancellation charge.
      • For all offline cancellation of domestic Hotels, Allgotrip Hospitality Pvt Ltd will charge 50% of booking amount per room as standard cancellation charges, over and above the Hotels own cancellation charge.

    • Pay at Hotel
      • With some of our partner hotels Allgotrip Hospitality Pvt Ltd has negotiated a special facility where our customers can pay the hotel directly at the reception at the time of check-in at the hotel.
    • Holiday Packages:
      • If cancellation is made any time not less than 11 days prior to departure, 20% or Rs. 10000/- for International and Domestic 5000 (whichever is higher) shall be deducted.
      • If cancellation is made 10 to 05 days prior to departure, 50% of tour cost shall be deducted.
      • If cancellation is made 05 to 01 day prior to departure, 75% of tour cost shall be deducted.
      • In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
      • Cancellation charges for Star Cruise booking shall apply as per star cruises cancellation rules. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges.
      • Cancellation charges for Air Asia ticket booking shall apply as per Air Asia cancellation rules. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges.
      • If your booking is having travel tour components which need guarantee of booking, in that case no cancellation will be allowed once booking is made for you. Therefore general cancellation policy mentioned above will be superseded by the following cancellation policy:
    • If cancellation is made any time once the booking is confirmed irrespective of number of days prior to departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.

      • How do I get a refund after cancelling my ticket?
      • The refund shall be processed within 07-10 working days from the date of the cancellation request. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 15 days from date of receipt of ticket. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider.
      • Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.

The refund shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request received. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment i.e. Cash/Cheque/NEFT/RTGS will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 20 days from date of cancellation of Package/ Hotel / Flight.

All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective Vendor/Hotel/Airline/service provider.

Please note convenience fee given at the time of booking will not be refunded.

allgotrip.com issues various promotion codes for flight / hotel / and packages to provide discount to its online clients from time to time which may be availed on the site as a discount coupon.

allgotrip.com reserves the right to add, alter, modify, withdraw / replace all or any of the discount coupons wholly or in part, without any prior notice.

allgotrip.com is not liable in case of dispute with any party regarding this, and will not be bound to make any compensation or refund.
